If Wikileaks were a movie would it be Wag the dog…or Idiocracy?

This article was originally published on December 5 2010 on the now deceased American Chronicle, then it was published on Examiner.com and eventually Examiner was closed. Then I published it on  this blog but it just disappeared now I am republishing it with the hope that is here to stay or we hope so.

In 2012 Oklahoma University Researcher Rebecca Pop reported an excerpt of this article on her study "A Theoretical Model for the Wikileaks Phenomenon" which she presented at the International Communication Association in Phoenix, AZ on May 24 2012.

This article was also translated and published in Spanish by the Argentinian news media Diario El Peso

Is Wikileaks just the usual American propaganda or a new form of Communication?

Are world’s media just a flock of sheeps who love being sodomized by America’s propaganda? Or is Wikileaks bringing world politics to a new communication level?

Beyond all these questions what’s really amazing is the fact that every newspaper in the world today is publishing Wikileaks documents treating them as the commandment tablets brought down by Moses from Mount Sinai. As a general rule, if you are a professional journalist, before printing something out you always should pose yourself a question: “Is this damn wikileaks a credible source?” Indeed the real matter here about this Wikileaks story is all about credibility. In other words, the question is: who gave wikileaks the title of “credible source?”

Let’s put the case that an hypotetical journalist today would question his boss on Wikileaks credibility. This could be a hypotetical newsroom dialogue:

Journalist: “who gave wikileaks the title of “credible source?”

Boss “What? wake up dude! That’s Wikileaks! the most credible source on the planet!”

Journalist:”Who told you that?”

Boss “Are you blind? Don’t you see everybody is printing Wikileaks documents?”

Journalist: “Well, ok but who told everybody Wikileaks is a credible source?”

Boss “The Pentagon and the State Department, Hillary Clinton and CNN and these are all credible sources dude! don’t you think? Then there’s that Manning guy, down in Kuwait,he’s in the military so he’s definitely credible”

Journalist “yes but nobody has ever seen him right?”

Boss “are you saying you don’t trust the department of defense? Now go back to work and never pose such stupid questions again!”

Journalist:”Alright boss I won’t ask it ever again”

So Wikileaks has an infinite credibility by default, without being credited by history, experience, or any former result, other than releasing thousands of pseudo-classified documents. Wikileaks credibility comes just from the fact that major American institutions like Pentagon and State Department are taking it as gospel….I mean basically it´s their creature, because Wikileaks exists thanks to some pentagon documents they received from a still undisclosed source.

Yes because the “source” who apparently stole and then leaked all these documents to Wikileaks is Private First Class Bradley E. Manning, that in practice is just a name on a paper as nobody has ever seen him and obviously he´s not available for comments as at the moment he´s confined to a military base in Kuwait.

If these facts weren´t real, probably it would have been the perfect plot for a Robert Ludlum´s novel, or better if it were a movie was definitely Wag the dog, as this Private sounds very much like Sergeant William “Old Shoe” Schumann. Actually Private Manning could resemble also to Cpl. Joe Bauers, a.k.a. “Not Sure”, the protagonist of the movie “Idiocracy” by Mike Judge.

So Wikileaks releases hundreds of thousands of documents and immediately takes the spotlight with top credibility. So strange.

Dr. Steven Greer, the head of Disclosure Project had been working on the disclosure project for more than 15 years. On May 9th 2001 Dr. Greer gathered more than 400 high ranking former Intelligence, military, politicians and scientists at the Washington Press club and make them testify under oath about extraterrestrial existence from their direct work experience. These witnesses basically were government employees who had direct contact with ET classified material because of their job.

Despite the hot topic, the credibility of the witnesses and the strenght of the evidence, the event received not a single headline in the news, just some feature story that probably lasted less than 5 minutes in a news show for just one day. Although according to Dr. Greer there is more evidence on the extraterrestrial subject than there was for Monicagate….

While these Wikileaks people came out of the blue with all this toilet papers and are able to catch the limelight and stay on forever…How is that? There’s certainly something fishy here…. In the media, we all know how it works: something goes on and something doesn’t. it’s all about editorial choices. Somebody picks up Wikileaks as today’s news story and there we go.

In the past recent history there´s another event very similar to this Wikileaks story, it´s the story of Daniel Ellsberg and the Pentagon papers. Same historical background, with America involved in a war in Vietnam and this Ellsberg dude who disclose these “pentagon papers” to the public.

Just history repeating? The story details are so similar: Ellsberg was a military analyst and a former marine, like this Manning dude, he´s a military analyst….at this point we should analyse every single public revelation involving the military in recent history.

For example we are used to think the Watergate scandal was discovered by those two journalists at the Washington Post: Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward. Although Woodward was a former Naval Intelligence officer who worked at the ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence).
While in the Navy Bob Woodward was the briefing officer for Admiral Moorer, head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who had authorized his subordinates to spy on the White House´s National Security Council…..during the whole Watergate investigation Woodward was fed by the FBI through Deep Throat, aka FBI Associate Director Mark Felt. At the Washington Post Woodward’s supervisor was Ben Bradlee, a former CIA propaganda officer. During his service Bradlee joined the staff of the Office of U.S. Information and Educational Exchange (USIE), the embassy’s propaganda unit. USIE produced films, magazines, research, speeches, and news items for use by the CIA throughout Europe. USIE (later known as USIA) also controlled the Voice of America, a means of disseminating pro-American “cultural information” worldwide….Do I have to go on?

In practice the Watergate a news show run by the United States Intelligence community.
May be it was just a smooth way to get rid of Richard Nixon?

Let’s make an hypothesis: the same thing is happening now with this Wikileaks files. Same method it just with different actors, but the story is just the same: Wikileaks does not exist at all. It’s just a false flag trick to deliver a message from an unofficial source that being hostile to governments by default has top credibility. In addition by acquiring the role of mainstream leakers, real leakers like the Disclosure Project are immediately gone.

In the end, if this would be the case, it would mean America a nation run by Intelligence on a need-to-know basis? If yes this might be a cold war heritage, but it stays on because of America´s role in the world balance. That´s why thinking of the possibility that a massive amount of leaks may occur, it’s not just out of question, it´s  impossible.

Meanwhile those wikileaks folks think they are the ones who run the show…pathetic.

The Wikileaks documents reveal what the US government think of the world but the government cannot say it officially. Why they can’t say it? Simply because America’s opinion is not shared by the rest of the world. In practice it’s a solo opinion. The problem is that America’s interests are only America’s interests, that’s why its opinion cannot be popular and shared by the rest of the world. America holds the unique position of world’s controller, how can its opinion be shared by somebody outside of its role?

So basically Wikileaks serves as America’s opinion outsourcer to the rest of the world. Period. That’s what Wikileaks was made for. Basically this is a heritage of the Kissinger doctrine applied to today’s media battlefield. The Kissinger doctrine is basically linking America´s interests to the world´s interests. In other words: “our problems are the world´s problems”.

We used the Kissinger doctrine for the Vietnam war, we adopted it in the Gulf war and we apply it in the war on terror. In practice the Kissinger doctrine can be summarized with one sentence: “the linking of the whole world for self interests”

Usually a world leader does not express its opinion through a press release, you need somebody (Wikileaks) who “steal” the information and then release it.

The thing is Wikileaks is not aware of it, they think they are there to save the world by leaking strategic documents. How can somebody be so naive?

If you still ignore it….America let you know only what they want you to know….why? Because the public is composed not only of US fans, there are enemies, business competitors, terrorists, and we are at war. So how can you expect media or governments to speak the truth? Personally I wouldn’t and if Mr. Julian Assange thinks any different he’s just a poor minus habens.

There’s nothing wrong in it, it’s actually a good way to let the world know what the boss (America) thinks of its co-workers (Allies) and competitors (enemies) and if you are the world’s cop that’s absolutely understandable. The only thing I complain about is the way you run the show, in my opinion this Wikileaks thing is really badly organized and the show is all you’ve got, that’s why you have to set it up right and in my opinion this Wikileaks show wasn’t.

But let’s see the real deal: from the Wikileaks documents released these days we have been informed that we cannot trust Pakistan, we should not trust the Saudis, China, Russia, or North Korea. (Obviously the “we” is from the United States of America’s POV.)

But we all have to trust the United States of America. Is this a fair judgement a boss should express? A perfect show should have been better organized and mostly perfectly balanced, in order to be absolutely credible. On the contrary, according to Glenn Beck “the documents are helping to foster anarchy and chaos around the globe” by disclosing personal profiles and details of world leaders redacted by US diplomats. In practice these documents are just gossips on world leaders like Berlusconi, Putin, Sarkozy and their little circus of big con artists. etc.

At this point we obviously take for granted that the Pentagon and the State Department gave those documents on purpose to those wikileaks folks as if this weren’t the case Julian Assange was already buried under the 20 yard at the Giant Stadium, Wikileaks office were blown up and no media would have reported a single “leak”.

Although they’re apparently doing their best to fight against Wikileaks: Senator Joe Lieberman even proposed a law against those who would publish intelligence reports, totally ignoring (or forgetting?) there’s already a law providing such evenience…Then there’s the search warrant in 188 countries…wow..(wasn’t the same proclamation made also for Osama Bin Laden?) But Assange is still at large,(isn’t he?) he’s actually in England, and everybody knows it. He’s releasing interviews to major newspapers like The Guardian, without apparently being worried that a black op squad could jump upon him while sipping his martini….Then they say they re shutting down the Wikileaks website, but strangely it’s still up there…they just changed its IP address (probably to have more space for commercials) just the usual fluffy smoke…that makes the phenomenon always more famous and well kept under the spotlight. Indeed U.S. officials at the Pentagon and State Department denied Friday December 3, knowing of any efforts to take down the WikiLeaks website or asking companies to do so.

The only question that’s still on is just one: why? These profiles have been made by US diplomats, so basically Wikileaks is just a strategy of foreign policy. The question is: was this made just to weaken the position of our allies and enemies? Because this could be the ultimate goal…

Indeed I believe if you let somebody know what you think of him/her, by publicly exposing what his weakness is, he might try to change his behavior for good, in order to improve his image to the world. Or not?

Has the State Department just become a sort of global political shrink? Although this could be a revolutionary working system to improve US foreign policy and relations….certainly we know that this show is run by the State Department because it’s not the US foreign policy under trial here, even if some of the documents concerned human rights violations made by the US.

Indeed we already knew about the Guantanamo tortures and human rights violations both in Iraq and Afghanistan…and that’s nothing new, just a bone to the dogs, so it’s not the US policy under scrutiny here, but the rest of the world’s ethics and trustiness.

Basically those diplomatic cables all together make a world’s portrait as seen by the State Department. In terms of journalism it could be considered as a State Department Op.Ed.

Although we still have a question: cui prodest? That means who is going to take advantage of it? Well, usually diplomats do not shout their personal opinions to their colleagues face, as it would kill the concept of diplomacy itself. Even if you do it through the triangular diplomacy of Wikileaks.

Although maybe this could be a way to bring diplomatic communication to a new level: the one of true sincerity as a new system of communication among world leaders. If this is the case, we have a new international relations era waiting ahead of us because America would be leading the world into a new level of communication by teaching self-awareness to every single citizen on this planet.

This would be like to be run by enlightened leaders, I would say like almost extra-terrestrials……Indeed in my opinion there’s nothing better than the truth to bring justice, peace and prosperity to the world.

Let’s hope this is the real deal and Wikileaks’ ultimate goal.

Is Wikileaks the new Pentagon P.R. office?

This article was originally published on November 22 2010 on the now deceased American Chronicle, then it was published on Examiner.com and eventually Examiner was closed. Then I published it on yahoo news and yahoo news shut down. Eventually I have published it on this blog but it just disappeared now I am republishing it with the hope that is here to stay or we hope so.

The last September 28, six USAF retired officers including a former base commander, stated they had UFO encounters that possibly have completely compromised in more than one occasion the national nuclear defence systems of both US and UK

Strangely, after such explosive statements, the reactions from both mainstream media, the US government and the British government were absolutely non-existent.

Vice versa the following week, once Wikileaks published those "pentagon papers" on the Iraq and Afghanistan war on their website, the reactions from mainstream media and governments were enormous in volumes and indignation. These papers had various content from the human rights violation by the coalition forces, (that has been given to the public as a bone to give Wikileaks the title of "credible source") to the fact that the US army finally found the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq (but strangely did not advertise such a not-so-important discovery!).

Another leak was that the Italian secret serviceman Nicola Calipari got killed at the US checkpoint because his car had lights switched off (!) confirming the Pentagon´s official argument on this diplomatic issue. Another major leak from Wikileaks is Iran supplying new forms of suicide vests for al-Qaida. Another big revelation is the revolutionary guard's al Quds force training Iraqi Shia militants on Iranian soil (please consider that this "leak" could lead to more and tougher sanctions against Iran) sugar on top was the one that claims: "Pakistan's spy agency collaborated with the Talibans" What is this trash? These facts reported by Wikileaks sound like those typical daily field intelligence reports produced in the order of the thousands. These are just boring to death reports that nobody want to read and no tv network would mention on their news headlines neither if you would pay them for.

Although these "leaks" were able to provoke an outrageous reaction from almost any institution while saturating the media news headlines. It's like if Wikileaks is a giant recycler of trashy standard field intelligence reports that otherwise won´t find their way to the audience as they´re so boring nobody would ever read it even while you re in the john

First of all these field reports are all totally fragmented without names, locations, or military personnel data disclosed. This means that the information cannot be considered "sensitive" neither in tactical defence terms and definitely not strategically helpful for the enemy. It´s like if a little hand erased the real sensitive information before passing them to the jerk´s hands (read Assange). State Department spokesman P.J Crowley said. "Some of the documents talked about a conflict that was under resourced and that was a fundamental element of the strategy review overseen by the president."

These are basically the usual budget complaints in the Washington ballet….. "Most of it is old news," said Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.). "The emerging picture from this leak adds up to little more than what we knew already -- that the war in Afghanistan was deteriorating over the past several years and that we were not winning." In general these Wikileaks pentagon papers look and sound more like just Pentagon-leaks that only favours the Pentagon as most of their "leaks" are perfectly coincident with the DOD´s vision on the war situation. Actually most of these leaks seem indeed to aim at resuscitating some dead buried complaints against DOD´s allies or enemies, like Iran, Italy, France, Pakistan, like the story of Nicola Calipari for example, that fires back to the Italian agent´s procedure the responsibility for his own death.

After all these revelations were made you should hang on a second and ask yourself who this damn wikileaks works for? Also, all documents not related to the Iraq war files have been removed from WikiLeaks.org, and no submissions are currently accepted. And instead of continuing the Wiki-based approach that allows "the entire global community" to participate, WikiLeaks has given exclusives to a handful of mainstream media organizations and no longer allows the public to comment on documents. Except for Daniel Ellsberg whose video interview is posted on wikileaks home page. Such a coincidence! Don´t you find? In the end these Wikileaks papers reveal very little if any – information which incriminates the Presidency or damages the public´s perception of the government´s integrity quiet the contrary.

Secondly, the documents do not provide anything new; they just confirm rumoured claims already in the public knowledge: that the war in Afghanistan is going badly; that Coalition forces have been using Special Operations teams to conduct kill or capture missions against the Taliban leadership; and, most importantly, that the Pakistani intelligence agency (ISI) has been duplicitous in its cooperation with American forces

I am not saying that Mr. Assange is a Public Relations expert who has been hired by the Pentagon or the US government as we do not have any evidence of it, more probably he might just be a jerk looking for a job.

The major evidence is however to be found on the reactions from media and institutions, because in any media campaign what really matters is the reaction you provoke from your action. Here is the main and most important: "Wikileaks put the soldiers lives in great danger". And this is the main objective of all this huge propagandistic operation: to recall the audience that there´s a war going on somewhere and our poor soldiers are risking their lives and that these risks have been increased by the irresponsible behaviour of Wikileaks….

I just feel so sorry for the thousands of soldiers who are completely unaware of being part of a stupid media game that is fought just to gain more consent on their deployment and to tell the public the war is going badly from an apparent objective source. Pathetic.

History repeating for those who know history. Do you remember Daniel Ellsberg and the pentagon papers back in 1971? This Ellsberg pretended to be an anti-war dude while he was a former marine and a military analyst who would never and never do something without being ordered from somebody above himself in the hierarchy. So let´s say he was ordered to disclose those toilet papers…

Indeed he was not fired nor condemned or even blamed because of this Pentagon papers leak (...) Richard Nixon himself affirmed (from his Oval Office tapes) that Ellsberg´s papers were almost "innocuous"… The truth is Wikileaks is more a typical public relations campaign that just sells propaganda to the dumbs.

My suggestion to these people is next time you need a public relations strategy ask a real pro, not that Assange dude.

Artificial Intelligence is a scam to keep us away from Conscious Technology

"sin vida no hay conciencia, sin conciencia no hay vida"

I decided to write this story after having seen a series of tweets of the same article about South African Entrepreneur Elon Musk announcing to sponsor a research on Artificial Intelligence.

Humans have been pursuing the quest for "artificial intelligence" since Czech writer Karel ńĆapek published his play Rossum's Universal Robots in 1920.

According to John McCarthy, Artificial Intelligence is "the science and engineering of making intelligent machines".

Unfortunately machines won't ever be able to become intelligent because intelligence requires Consciousness and a machine doesn't have Consciousness nor you can implant Consciousness into a machine, hence you have to start over from the other way round, that means you first need Conscious material which means living biological material to develop any technology that can be defined as such.

That's why when you deal with this subject you must talk of Conscious Technology and not of artificial intelligence which is absolutely a meaningless expression.

Artificial intelligence is an oxymoron as Intelligence is Consciousness and Consciousness can't be "artificial" otherwise it couldn't be "Conscious".

As a matter of fact, for some unknown reason when the media show a future technological scenario it's always about robots and cyborgs and we have been presented with this narrative a million times since 1920.

In practice Artificial Intelligence is a remake of robotics. The only problem with this path is that it is completely wrong because as I said you have to start from the biological side and not from the machine or the software because software and machines are made of dead material and they cannot become conscious because they are not "living".

Consciousness is like Parmenides concept of being: "what is is, and what is not cannot be"  in other words nothing comes from nothing and Artificial Intelligence is nothing

As I said if we want to talk about real technological evolution we must approach this matter from the opposite way, that means if you really want to step into the future in terms of technology you must approach the matter of Consciousness, which still at today for our "official science" represents a total mystery and here ends our quest for technological advancement because everything "Conscious" is absolutely taboo for the official science of this planet.

Indeed our "official science" is still stuck where it was two hundred years ago at the double slit experiment, as scientists from planet earth still claim that Quantum Mechanics can only be applied at level of atoms and photons as according to classical physics everything Quantum is still inexplicable.

I repeat it once again just in case you didn't get it:

Classical physics defines Quantum Physics inexplicable.

Just think to the fact that Quantum Physics was discovered more than two hundred years ago when in 1803 Thomas Young performed the famous double-slit experiment. That experiment revealed for the first time the role of Consciousness as the ground state of physics, although for some unspecified reasons official science has been vehemently denying such role to this day.

For some unknown reasons, official science is still stuck in its Neanderthalian materialistic mentality that the physical universe exists as it presents itself, even if Quantum Physics undermined the very notion of physical objects at its foundation, as the universe is not solid, tangible, or fixed, because it's based upon Consciousness.

Therefore even if the old science of an external physical universe has been mortally wounded by quantum physics, official science is persisting in its state of denial and that's why it keeps talking of such nonsense as "artificial intelligence" and cyborgs because it is coherent with their denial of Consciousness.

You may easily grasp that if official science denies the role of Consciousness we can't make any meaningful step forward in terms of technology as it would be like building a ship whilst denying the existence of water.

Such a comparison gets more meaningful if you consider that Consciousness is the very essence of the multiverse in which we live as everything that compose the wholeness is Consciousness.

As Deepak Chopra said: "Consciousness is fundamental and without cause. It is the ground state of existence. As conscious beings, humans cannot experience measure or conceive of a reality devoid of consciousness."

If that's the situation, why science still denies the existence of Consciousness and its crucial role in technological advancement?

Because one thing is absolutely certain: if we don't take Consciousness as the starting point of any future technology we'll stay where we are stuck right now: in the darkness.

The Arms industry might be one of the reason why Consciousness is still a taboo:

in an op-ed appeared in The Independent in 2014 Stephen Hawking wrote: Success in creating Artificial Intelligence would be the biggest event in human history, unfortunately, it might also be the last, unless we learn how to avoid the risks...in the near term, world militaries are considering autonomous-weapon systems that can choose and eliminate targets.”

That's it.

Unfortunately for Mr. Hawking and for the military, if you start developing conscious technology you have to stand for Consciousness, that means the whole purpose of development, application and scope of the project must be respectful of the essence of Consciousness which is life.

In order to build a conscious device you have to start from a biological living fabric which is the only way to develop Conscious technology.

Conscious material is any living biological tissue that has a frequency which can be aligned with ours. Conscious Technology is all about this: FREQUENCY ALIGNEMENT between two living beings.

So why the official science of this planet hasn't taken this path, nor it has acknowledged the crucial role of Consciousness and conscious material?

My opinion is because of the very nature of this matter as you can't use a living fabric for something that is not righteous in its objective. For example if you build a weapon that is conscious, that weapon won't ever shoot for the wrong reasons and that's why it can't be developed on this planet as our civilisation has been distinguishing itself for being sociopath in nature as murder is everyday business round here and our governments still rule by fear and terror which are just the opposite of Consciousness.

Can you imagine earthling researchers trying to develop a technology that has not belligerent application but its opposite?

Can you imagine the military industrial complex engaged in developing something that excludes the possibility of killing or harming someone as a preset setting? or even worse, a technology that will instantly vaporize any human fear? Not in this space-time.

Fear is the most important tool for the elite ruling this planet, if it vanishes for good that would be the panic among the members of the elite.

On the other side this adversion for Consciousness and the adoration of fear are absolutely coherent with the pursue of a huge nonsense like artificial intelligence, because in the past few years a series of dystopyan scenarios have been forecasted by a number of news articles warning on the dangers of artificial intelligence like a possible "Rise of the Machines".

Fear.

It is kind of interesting to notice that those forecasting a possible disastrous outcome from AI are the very same people who are actually working on the development of Artificial Intelligence, including that genius of Mr. Elon Musk.

Mr. Musk is the guy who is the lead investor of this amazing futuristic technology together with a number of other enthousiastic Silicon Valley investors who I don't think would be that happy when they'll find out that by investing in AI they simply wasted their money.

I don't think either that Silicon Valley entrepreneurs are that silly to invest in a Ponzi scheme like AI and that's why I am 100% positive this research is just a big hoax for the press and a further distraction for the sleeping consciousness of the silent majority.

The cover up on Conscious Technology is so intense that they are using every mean to disinform people on this matter. I just found this article published by nothing less than The World Economic Forum, whose headline goes "What is Conscious Technology?" but if you read the article it doesn't explains Conscious Technology  but it talks about the artificial intelligence and other nonsensical stuff like unspecified dangerous threats awaiting ahead  of us that really make no sense especially for a supposed prestigious media like the WEF.

On the other side I have found someone who really grasped what Conscious Technology means and that's  Dr. Rachel Armstrong, who talks about "living architecture""living spaceships" and this is exactly what I mean when I talk about Conscious Technology.

However we're not interested in the reasons why official science won't ever enter the conscious technology, this was just to let you know that artificial intelligence is the usual nonsense provided to you by our official science only to keep yourself away from Consciousness (did I just write that?).

It might sound paradoxical but this scheme is actually been working big time if you consider that official science was able to downgrade quantum physics to a minor rank of study and managed to keep it stuck at the same level it had when it started in 1804 and that's 200 years ago. Being able to keep something invisible for 200 years it means either you're Houdini or you have a crowd of narcolexic people.

The official science can be pretty confident to make you believe that artificial intelligence is the new thing and that its development can carry dangerous consequences to humankind, which is actually true because being the biggest nonsense ever created on this timeline, the first setback for those committed to this project will be the complete loss of their money.

However the problem of Conscious Technology is that being the ONLY way to technological advancement it would be impossible for our civilization to take that direction because our world is a world run by fear and by a bunch of sociopaths who won't ever accept Consciousness as the main way to our future because otherwise we would have already taken it.

This also demonstrates that the real and ONLY kind of Evolution is the Evolution of Consciousness.

Mattarella is abysmal embarassment to the Italian people

The world famous "That awkward moment" meme doesn't apply when you're the President of a country like Italy and you're stuck speechless in front of a head of State, especially if the Head of State happens to be the Queen of the United Kingdom and you're supposed to greet her at least with the best of your ability whilst you should feel at least inspired by such a meeting.

The lack of inspiration means either you're unfit for the role or you're unfit for the role. Tertium non datur.

In the video we see the man walking into the room, shaking the Queen's hand while she's saying "Morning......I'm glad to have the chance to see you today" and as the Queen is expecting a human reaction we see this man's face weirdly grimacing while standing still then getting completely stuck...without being able to produce the lowest sound.

He didn't pronounce a single word nor was he able to express the smallest joy for meeting with Queen Elizabeth. He actually looks like completely dumb and you can hear the Queen asking him "This is the first time you have been in London?".

That's what I love about the English humour: that is absolutely stinging. The Queen remarked his dullness with a simple question that disguised another question which is instead a statement: "Did your parents have any children that lived?". I mean you have the chance of a lifetime of meeting the Queen and you're stuck speechless? Are you the President of Italy or just a bystander?

The second question is the lethal shot as the Queen goes:"...and how long is it since you have been President?" whose translation is "is it the first time you go out alone?",

What would you say to a foreign dignitary who isn't able to make a sound and get stuck in front of another Head of State? That is unfit for the role, period.

What is much worse than what the President did (or didn't) is the fact that not a single Italian news media reported the news.

Kudos to the Queen for helping the Italian people understand who its President really is.

We needed a British epiphany to wake up.

Forget about Left vs. Right, today it's Consciousness vs. Sociopathy

If we look back into the history of our civilization we see that the past 2000 years have been characterized by a constant struggle between Consciousness and Sociopathy.

A dynamic process that still goes on today. First of all we need to define these two forces, which basically represent two opposite system of values: Consciousness is the vital breath that defines everything we perceive with or without the help of our senses.

Consciousness is perception and creation at the same time. It's the force that keeps the Universe together and its nature is omnipresent and it goes beyond the restriction of space-time even if the official Quantum physics only sneaked a peak at it and it hasn't managed to grasp the full picture yet despite the Double Slit experiment by Sir Geoffrey Ingram Taylor was first made on 1909. To give you an example Art is the perfect metaphor of the product of Consciousness.

The Conscious vision is based upon unity and inclusiveness, whose main implication is that the whole universe is based upon the concept of Oneness.

Sociopathy, on the other hand, is the Neanderthalian attitude that considers reality as something external from ourselves, as if matter would stand alone or as if it is made of something that doesn't include ourselves and that does instead exist a priori.

Without Consciousness, there is no physical matter and this is not an opinion, this is the Law of Physics.

The perfect metaphor and the maximum expression of sociopathy is religion, which is based upon the concept that an almighty being external to our own Consciousness it is superior to us in terms of knowledge, vision and is perfect by nature and this supposed external entity is ruling and controlling everything we do.

Religion was born when the Neanderthals who walked this planet were misled by their own Consciousness vibrations and they ascribed it to an external element rather than internal and they called it god.

Basically we can affirm that Sociopathy is based upon the concept of division instead of unity.

Sociopathy is division. Where you have someone who wants to divide society into categories of any sort you have a sociopath attitude. Meaningless categories like political affiliation, race, ethnic origin, wealth, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or religion were created and are still being propped up in today's world with the only intent of dividing our society in order to better rule it. This is a ruling strategy that the current establishment borrowed from the Romans and which is called "divide et impera" (divide and rule).

During the past two thousand years we have been witnessing alternatively the rise and fall of Consciousness and Sociopathy. At the end of the Roman Republic the laws that gave patricians exclusive rights to Rome's highest offices were repealed or weakened by a Conscious attitude that led plebeian families who became full members of the aristocracy. Eventually Rome was hit by a sociopath attitude that took over and Rome became an Empire which was the first step towards its decline.

Under Emperor Constantine, Christianism became the official religion and religion became the most powerful tool in terms of sociopathy, because it messes with consciousness, Religion took over and the Roman Empire collapsed because the Roman Consciousness collapsed too. After the fall of the Roman Empire we saw Religion taking over the world through a policy of total subjugation of both religious and non religious people. The Sociopathy of the Middle Ages ended with the Renaissance when the human being was put back on the center of the world. The city-state of Firenze became the cultural center of the world, as its wealth prospered along with the production of its Art which is the highest form of Consciousness projection.

Everything went well until the sociopath Counter Reformation kicked in. Then Consciousness was back with the French Revolution but then again the sociopath Bourbon Restoration occurred.
Luckily however it wasn't able to reverse all the changes made by the French Revolution. Consciousness resisted but the resistance made by the establishment was extremely tough. Sociopathy reached its peak of success during the XX century that was the century in which the sociopath attitude of dividing the world reached its top.

They started by dividing society in classes and by separating people based on their wealth, their social status, then with the coming of Nazism and the Holocaust they introduced racism to further divide society within itself based on skin color and ethnic origin. By creating a huge injury such as the Holocaust, the establishment was able to create an infinite state of resentment that was able to cross generation after generation and that carried with it an enormous hatred even against people's ancestors who died decades earlier.

Perpetuating hate is what the sociopath likes the most because hate keeps up social divisions and by fuelling that ressentment over the years they can rule smoothly and without being bothered. That was the plan, but luckily in the past twenty years, thanks to the development of the information technology, Consciousness had a major chance of letting people understand that there is no left and right and that the world's problems are a common challenge for us all, starting with the environment issue, which is a problem that affects our world beyond national boundaries. Hence, ain't no left and right because if you acknowledge our civilization has a problem with the environment you're a conscious being while if you deny it you can only be a sociopath.

As for Sociopath we mean here someone who lacks empathy, someone who is blind and doesn't allow his/her Consciousness to express itself. If you prop up meaningless categories like race, political affiliation, sexual orientation or gender issues, despite the position or side you might take within any kind of conflict, you are playing by the sociopath rules and you're propping up their illusionary game whose only aim is distracting yourself from the real issue which is that we are being constantly manipulated by an establishment whose only goal is keeping its strict control over us all.

Wherever there's a war or terrorism or any possible kind of conflict on any area of the planet that's where the sociopath establishment tries to divide our society. If you stand for war you are a sociopath, it doesn't matter if you were provoked or there was an inciting incident. War is Sociopathy at work. The sociopath establishment prospers in chaos and wherever you have a situation of chaos there you also have a sociopath attitude of taking control through the divide and rule imperative. The sociopath establishment wants the chaos - as chaos creates division and division creates conflict which leads to violence and everything that comes with it.

Being a sociopath means creating a world bank protocol that raises the bank's capital reserve while introducing a customer rating system. These two measures would stop any economic system from working as banks stop extending credit to mid-sized businesses and average consumers. Meanwhile with the same protocol you allow banks to supply money only to those companies that also have a huge capital reserve and a continuous cash flow. Families and mid-sized businesses are spurred to plunge into debts and there you have a situation of economic chaos which leads to social tensions, social divisions and social conflict.

This kind of situation usually leads to growing of political extremism, the rise of xenophobic groups and all sort of conflicts based upon non-existing divisions. The protocols I have just mentioned are Basel II that was issued on June 2004 and that caused the financial crisis of 2008 and Basel III which was approved in 2010 and they both have been issued by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision which is composed by the Group of Ten. The Group of Ten or G-10 refers to the group of countries that have agreed to participate in the General Arrangements to Borrow (GAB). The GAB was established in 1962, when the governments of eight International Monetary Fund (IMF) members—Belgium, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States—and the central banks of two others, Germany and Sweden In general the sociopath attitude is trying to subjugate the world's population under a global state of chaos and instability while introducing an umbrella of rules issued by a power elite that nobody elected.

Wherever you have a global organization there you also have the sociopathic attitude of controlling people and keep a tight rein on them in order to prevent them from being serene and peaceful otherwise they would be able to become aware of the state of slavery in which we all live. Keeping the world in a permanent state of alert and economic struggle prevents people from expanding their Consciousness and becoming aware about what Life is really meant for. That's why if you are the elite that wants to keep the people of this planet in a state of subjugation you must create a state of chaos, throughout economic instability and fake divisions. Why? Because if otherwise you let the people become aware of how better they could live without this state of subjugation, your power will vanish like snow under the sun. Since this is the state of the art, being a sociopath means pretending to ignore that we are being manipulated throughout an illusionary game of good versus evil, left versus right, world versus terrorism, which is being staged by the establishment for its own entertainment and our own subjugation.

Being a Conscious person it means you stop pretending to ignore you are being constantly manipulated and you start express your greatest indignation for the illusionary world in which they want us to live. What the sociopath elite that is convinced to control this planet doesn't know, is that Consciousness is the real ruler and you can nothing against it because aint' no higher power other than Consciousness. And because Consciousness always prevails, if you act against it and you keep up your sociopathic attitude of creating conflicts and divisions, since the whole Universe is a projection of Consciousness your sociopath projection will inevitably lead to your own disintegration.
That's why the environmental problem that you call global warming is not actually global warming but it is rather your sociopathic projection that is backfiring on yourself and that is disintegrating the world as you know it because as you do not know, what you call "world" or "reality" is instead a projection of your own Consciousness and if you are a sociopath your projection won't last dude and you will be completely disintegrated along with your own non-projection and you will end in a no-time zone.

Your destiny is to vanish dear sociopath, since in a little while, sooner than you might even imagine this time-string in which you think you live it will be splitted in two separate time-dimensions and you will stay here stuck in a continuous conflict-stricken world while Conscious beings will join a higher conscious time-string in which you will neither be allowed to enter nor even to see.

Good Bye Sociopath!!!

Time for The United States to return the $30 billion seized to the Libyan people

Guards struggling to control crowds at the Tunisian border.

On February 25 2011, the U.S. Treasury has frozen $30 billion in cash and securities of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi and his government in what amounts to the largest ever such U.S. action

The freeze was a result of President Barack Obama’s executive order issued Feb. 25 2011.

The freezing of Libyan assets in the U.S. was part of the Obama administration’s effort to pressure Gaddafi to step down.

After NATO’s intervention in 2011, Libya is now a failed state and its economy is in shambles, with hundreds of thousands of Libyans struggling for life and fleeing the country by boat towards Italy by the thousands.

Such a mass migration is sparking Europe's far right xenophobic groups who aren't aware the U.S. Government caused such a chaos because of this huge asset freezing.

The situation is now a humanitarian emergency and I think that time has come for the United States Government to return those funds to the Libyan people who not only are in desperate need but because it's their money.

In 1967 Colonel Gaddafi inherited one of the poorest nations in Africa; however, by the time he was assassinated, Gaddafi had turned Libya into Africa’s wealthiest nation. Libya had the highest GDP per capita and life expectancy on the continent. Less people lived below the poverty line than in the Netherlands.

For over 40 years, Gaddafi promoted economic democracy and used the nationalized oil wealth to sustain progressive social welfare programs for all Libyans. Under Gaddafi’s rule, Libyans enjoyed not only free health-care and free education, but also free electricity and interest-free loans.

Now thanks to NATO’s intervention the health-care sector completely collapsed institutions of higher education across the East of the country are shut down and black outs are a common occurrence in once thriving Tripoli.

One group that has suffered immensely from NATO’s bombing campaign is the nation’s women. Unlike many other Arab nations, women in Gaddafi’s Libya had the right to education, hold jobs, divorce, hold property and have an income.

The United Nations Human Rights Council praised Gaddafi for his promotion of women’s rights.

When the colonel seized power in 1969, few women went to university. In 2011 more than half of Libya’s university students were women. One of  the first laws Gaddafi passed in 1970 was an equal pay for equal work law.

Nowadays, the new “democratic” Libyan regime is clamping down on women’s rights. The new ruling tribes are tied to traditions that are strongly patriarchal. Also, the chaotic nature of post intervention Libyan politics has allowed free reign to extremist Islamic forces that see gender equality as a Western perversion.

Nonetheless, three years ago, NATO declared that the mission in Libya had been “one of the most successful in NATO history.”

Now it's time for America to do the right thing and return the $30 billion to the Libyan people.
That money is property of the Libyan people and they're desperately in need of it.

American Exceptionalism is back: End Prohibition of class A drugs

December 5 I was reading my twitter newsfeed when all of a sudden I saw a news headline on the Washington Post about Rush Limbaugh complaining about American exceptionalism being vanished.

A few hours later, a vintage picture of a man toasting with a cocktail glass popped up in my Facebook newsfeed.

The headline went "December 5, 1933: Celebrating 81 years since the end of prohibition"
The Cato Institute decided to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the End of Prohibition with a series of initiatives aimed at evaluating the possibility of ending class A drugs Prohibition and what kind of impact such an action would bring to the American Economy.

When I read it I was so happy I could not even speak. Immediately my mind went back to Rush Limbaugh's call to bring back America's exceptionalism.

"America is a shining light, a beacon, a guidepost for free people.  America inspires.  America promotes. That's one definition of American exceptional."

America is certainly all this and even more, the problem is that American exceptionalism has been missing for a while now, as America lost huge chunks of consent for being involved in unpopular wars abroad and domestic social tensions increased because of the Economy.

Few people understand that today like never before, Real Leadership means being ahead of social change, where social change means pursuing higher standard of living for society as a whole.

Sometimes business intelligence and social change go hand in hand like in the Cato Institute initiative aimed at understanding the possible implications of ending Prohibition of class A drugs which will definitely reduce major social problems like organized crime and drug abuse while boosting the economy.

According to Mark Thornton: "National prohibition of alcohol (1920-33) the “noble experiment”—was undertaken to reduce crime and corruption, solve social problems, reduce the tax burden created by prisons and poorhouses, and improve health and hygiene in America. The results of that experiment clearly indicate that it was a miserable failure on all counts. The evidence affirms sound economic theory, which predicts that prohibition of mutually beneficial exchanges is doomed to failure."

It is a fact that Prohibition only raised crime levels, illegal smuggling and alcohol consumption whilst solving absolutely nothing.

Let's take a look at the facts:

Since Jan. 1, 2014 the state of Colorado has brought in more than $45.2 million in taxes, licenses and fees for recreational and medical marijuana. If all 50 states legalized cannabis today, they'd be collectively raking in more than $3 billion a year in taxes.

In a study just released by the Cato Institute, they estimate the impact of legalization on federal, state, and local budgets. The report concludes that drug legalization would reduce government expenditure about $41.3 billion annually. Roughly $25.7 billion of this savings would accrue to state and local governments, and roughly $15.6 billion to the federal government. About $8.7 billion of the savings would result from legalization of marijuana, $20 billion from legalization of cocaine and heroin, and $12.6 billion from legalization of all other drugs.

Legalization would also generate tax revenue of roughly $46.7 billion annually if drugs were taxed at rates comparable to those on alcohol and tobacco. About $8.7 billion of this revenue would result from legalization of marijuana, $32.6 billion from legalization of cocaine and heroin, and $5.5 billion from legalization of all other drugs.

Ending class A drugs Prohibition would also lead to a significant reduction of street crime, higher life expectancy, a healthier population and safer streets.

According to the Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Economics at Harvard University Jeffrey Miron and NYU Stern School of Business Finance Prof. Katherine Waldock "Legalization would have many effects, and opinions differ on whether these are desirable on net. Legalization will not solve America’s fiscal woes; the budget effects are small in comparison with current deficits. Yet the budgetary benefits are more than mere rounding error; for those with mixed feelings about prohibition vs. legalization, these benefits might be a deciding factor."

"Roughly half the budgetary savings comes from reduced criminal-justice expenditure on drug prohibition. For this component of the effect to show up in government budgets, policymakers would have to lay off police, prosecutors, prison guards, and the like. Reduced expenditure on enforcing prohibition can still be beneficial if those criminal-justice resources are redeployed to better uses, but that outcome is not easy to achieve."

All signs say that time has come to end class A drugs prohibition but in order to take such a decision we need Americans to stick together and wholly support such an intelligent, enlightened and long-sighted measure.

In that interview to the Wash Post, Rush Limbaugh was complaining about America not being exceptional anymore. The Cato Institute proposal is the shine at the end of the tunnel.  It took less than 24 hours to respond to Limbaugh's call. This is just to show you how easy policymaking can be when Business Intelligence and Common Sense work together.

Two months ago, the German Government scrapped tuition fees for all universities and the offer was extended to foreign students, including Americans.

Offering tuition-free college to Foreign students is certainly a great initiative that put Germany on top of the world leadership but ending Prohibition would have a planetary impact as for our civilization it would mean entering a new era of Peace and Prosperity on a global scale.

As its first direct consequence ending Prohibition would be a lethal blow to Organized Crime on our planet. Think to those drug cartels that kill thousands of people every year that all of a sudden will be laid off thanks to drug legalization in the U.S.

A UN report shows that in 2009 the global drug trade generated an estimated US$ 1.3 trillion. With a world GDP of US$36 trillion in the same year. $36 trillion that would become part of the American GDP.

Such an enlightened decision will bring wealth and health for generations to come. Implications of ending Prohibition are of stellar magnitude in terms of Evolution for our Civilization and whoever would lead the way to such an objective will achieve Eternity. No question about it.

If the Cato Institute will manage to convince  Policy Makers to end Prohibition, that would allow our planet to make a light-year jump foward into the future. A future that America and the world have been craving for the past hundred years. We need the Cato Institute to keep this initiative alive with all of their strength because there's the most invaluable thing at stake: our future.

While achieving such an enormous accomplishment America would get back its exceptionalism while giving the world a lesson on how real leadership works and who's in charge of the show.
